Who is responsible for the violence on 26th January?

A tractor rally in national capital turned violent on 26 January, after protestors broke through barriers, clashed with police, overturned vehicles and went on rampage at the Red Fort. 394 policeman got injured 428 barricades have been broken 30 police car were destroyed 25 FIRs registered in one single day 308 Twitter accounts were banned which were instigating the farmers and 1 protester died as well.

What do you think what happened was right or wrong?

I am really confused about what happened on 26 January it sounds unbelievable but many are defending this if you have already decided what is right or wrong based on your political inclinations then this blog is not for you but if you are going to look at facts and then decide right or wrong then read further we will talk about the main points like:-

What permission did the farmers have for the tractor rally?
Where did both sides go wrong on that day and what was the end result?

I will not talk about the farmers bills because I have already talk about it in my previous blog and I will also not talk about the is farm bill is right or wrong. We will talk about what happened in Delhi on 26 January.

Firstly what were the agreed conditions for the rally. 26 January the Republic Day of India. When the farmers wanted to protest on 26 January itself the police informed that providing security will be difficult they were asked to plan the tractor rally on another day farmers insisted, they were given permission to hold the tractor rally on 26 January with conditions the palace first give permission to hold the tractor rally on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal express way outside Delhi and the police had promised to help in traffic management provide police protection and also help in getting media coverage but this route was rejected.

Finally this route was decided. But not all farmer unions agreed to this route. Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, one of the leading groups in the protest they were agreed on on the route whereas other unions wanted to enter inside Delhi. Delhi police was clear that no other route could be given and if extra precautions when needed from both sides police and protesters. Police and farmers agreed mutually on few conditions. Some of the great conditions for the tractor really protest were no weapons such as firearms, swards, spears, mashals and lathis including other religious symbols other than the permitted ones shall be carried.  The permission is registered only to use tractor without any attachments/ modifications thereto. Any other vehicles including to attachments during the really are not permitted.

The organizers shall ensure that no trolley, bullock carts, rickshaws, hand-driven carts and animals like horses, elephant camel or any other animal are bought in the rally. The farmers would only follow the per-decided route this was also published in newspapers the day before and the tractor ready will being once the Republic Day rally is over i.e. after 11:30 and should concluded by 5:30 p.m.

The second major point is the mistake that were committed on both sides. The police claims that an incendiary speech angered people. Some protestors went completing out of their way to Red Fort when inside the Red Fort hoisted their flag near the Indian flag.

Fact- Flags Hoisted at Red Fort Neither Replaces Tricolor

Republic Day Tractor Rally: PILs in Supreme Court seek probe, direction to Media

But this is no excuse to justify the violence that took place many people hold this Punjabi actor responsible his name is Deep Sidhu he has tried to investigate the farmers before as well people believe he has connections to the central government and this connection must be investigated as well but does this man have so much power to sway so many farmers. Deep Sidhu was present at the rally and has claimed responsibility he has been named in one of the FIRs filed by Delhi police. But this cannot be a clean chit for other many farmers have condemned this act of violence as well the ones who contemned this, my sincere thanks to you. But we have some questions. Some protestors said that they was confused about the route, but the decided route was published a day before in newspaper for tractor rally.
Straying from the root and going within the city breaches the conditions of the police agreed by unions who takes responsibility for this breach of conditions. Few protestors leader claim that 99.9% testers work peaceful while the rally it can be possible but does that mean people who turned violent but not farmers at all if yes who were they and from where they have came are these violent people only 0.1% and if this scenario is right then nobody knows how many people participated in the rally.

If nobody knows how many farmers I have participated in really then the 99.9% number is an emotional number not a accurate number. When weapons were not allowed at all how did so many people get swords and axes?

Why were horses brought to a tractor rally protest? Did these people have no idea about agreed terms? Did nobody around them know about this agreed conditions? How is that possible?

Because in clear words the protestors were told that organizers shall be responsible to keep the participants in the ready on the control all the time any this orderly and violent conduct shall be liable for legal action and withdrawal of permission for the rally they agreed terms held the union leaders responsible. Did the group leaders themselves not know about these conditions? Doesn't this mean the rules were broken even before violence? Even after this many people call this really successful isn't this an insult for those who lost their lives in this rally.

The police does not skip any blame the criticism either.

  • Why was tear gas used?
  • Were bullets fired at people?
  • Who fired the first shot that invited the violence?
Some protestors say entering Red Fort is not so easy. Did the police plan to let so many people enter the Red Fort? Was this a trap for the aggressive elements of the protest? These things must be investigated and looked into who do you think should take responsibilities for these things tell me in the comments below.

We need to understand this that lakhs of people took part in the rally at the same time and people's experiences of the rally could be different. We'll come to know the absolute truth has time passes. But the truth is, we need to stop justifying unnecessary violence no matter who does this weather by the police or by the protesters. After all this, the farm leaders did one good thing for sure. 11 February when NH8 has to be announced the former Union now announces plan to march towards parliament on budget date. 10 march has been found which is a sensible action and for taking the sensible action we extended our heart left gratitude the other side people who helped others and police persons who protested non violently and protected others many thanks to them too.

Third major point what did this violence achieve? See, our principle is simple when public property is damaged the most important minority in the country is directly and this minority is the Taxpayer. The people who left the per-decided route and caused ruckus and damaged the property and who climbed on the Red Fort to to unfurl their flag for us, they are criminals they are troublemakers. They should be identified and penalized for this.
At the same time wherever tear gas was used was the police provoked or had the right reasons to use tear gas or do a lathi charge on people? This has to be clearly investigated. Let's keep differences, problems and concerns on one side and breaking law and order on the absolute other side. There is absolutely no confusion about this that violence achieves nothing people were defending this problem may cause then eat only one thing really urgently that these trouble makers do not benefit their cause even they are damaged the cause attackmaker has no religion no caste and no profession their convoluted and twisted thinking is their identity when we call entire community wrong because of some people we then divide our country into small pieces. A wrong label on an honest farmer of the country is a black spot for the entire country and the people who justify the violence are a huge black spot on the spirit of free protests no matter what the black spot a black spot is a stain and these black spots are nothing to be proud of when both sides are screaming at each other it only causes chaos not a productive discussion and nobody can hear what they want to say. Because 26 January is a day when we celebrate We are different states, religions, languages. But we are capable of listening to each other and solving problems through a mutually acceptable solution. When we need to display bravado to talk to our own then somewhere it ends up looking like we never had a point to make in the first place.

I request all the farmers unions if there are any protests in the coming days please take responsibility to maintain peace ☮️ Keeping protests peaceful is in everyone's best interests and spreading this simple message to all of you make a difference to me. Share my blog if you think it was useful and truthful.

National Voter Day : क्योंकि हर एक वोट जरूरी है...

"In a world that might say one vote doesn't mater.... it does matter because each person is of infinite worth and value to god... Your vote is a declaration of importance as a person and a citizen".

National Voters Day is celebrated across the country on 25 January every year. The sole purpose of this day is to make people aware of their voting rights and to attract more people – mostly the newly eligible younger generation, to vote and contribute to the electoral political process.
Earlier, the minimum age to vote was 21 years, which was lowered to 18 years, when the 61st amendment bill was passed in the year 1988. This year, National Voters Day is celebrated for the 10th time in the country.

National Voters Day History

The Election Commission of India was founded on 25 January in the year 1950. In the year 2011, a Union Cabinet meeting was held which was chaired by then Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. In this meeting, a Law Ministry proposal was approved regarding National Voters Day – hence, the first time this day was observed was in the year 2011.

India is a republican country. In a democratic country, the most important thing is to vote and vote. The Republic is like a ‘yagy’ in which the sacrifice of votes i.e. votes is considered very important. Here even one vote is enough to change the government and power. Remember the time when the government of the former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee had failed to save his government with just one vote. Now you think how much damage has been done to the country due to pillaging like ‘laziness’ and ‘what will change with my one vote’?

Those who debate big on Indian system and dirty politics often do not go to vote in this 'yagy' of Indian Republic just because they feel in line here, discipline has to be followed for some time. Now you must be wondering what the discipline has to do with the Republic? However, there is a huge connection. Those who do this forget that without discipline no subordinate country got independence, even India had to live in the strict discipline created by Gandhiji for independence. And our democratic system is very important in maintaining this independence. The democratic system can run smoothly only when every human being uses his opinion and expresses his will and reluctance.

The relevance of this day before January 26 is very accurate. In fact, the voter and his vote are the basic foundation of Indian democracy or any healthy democracy. The declining interest of voters in Indian democracy in the last several years indicates the declining faith in the democracy of the people. It is natural for the politicians of the country to be worried. To end this concern, for the last two years, the government takes several big steps on the day of January 25 so that more and more voters can exercise their vote, especially the youth. This effort of the government has also brought color, which is the proof of record voting in UP assembly elections and Gujarat elections.

A tough challenge for the youth

The participation of youth in India is very high. However, it is also true that a large population of the country fails to register their names in the voter list despite completing the 18th year of their age. The government has taken several important steps to deal with this important and complex problem. Today, you will find such centers where the work of getting voter ID card is done. This work is being done by setting up camp in every district, block or village.

Challenges faced by Election Commission of India

This awareness campaign of the Government of India is a remarkable step in itself, but there are many other difficulties in the process of nomination in the voter list on which the Election Commission and the Government need to take more practical and effective decisions. Lack of education and the absence of a birth certificate in remote rural and even urban poor settlements is a major reason why large numbers of rural and urban poor, youth and adults are often denied enrollment in the voter list. Apart from this, there is no smooth arrangement for enrollment in the voter list of a large migrant population in search of work, due to which a large population is deprived of becoming a voter. However, to overcome this challenge, the government can soon take some major steps.

Until a voter does not understand the meaning of his vote, it is difficult to change India’s system. To change the system all have to be vaccinated by the Republic. Voters have to understand that one of their votes can become not only a government but also a tool to change the system and through this, the fate of that voter itself can be changed.

10 such messages of Swami Vivekananda, that you can adopt and move forward in your life.

From ancient India to present India, most great man have influenced and inspired Indian youth. One of which is Swami Vivekananda.

Vivekananda's personality was so inspiring that he is the ideal for every Indian today, the precious thoughts and rules of Vivekananda ji, whoever adopts the youth, can successfully do everything and can get whatever he wants in life. We all know that Swami Vivekananda was a powerful orator, he had a different intoxication in his speech that one would be motivated to hear.

If you wondered if there was a big secret to his success?

So the answer is "Yes".

10 such messages of Swami Vivekananda, 10 such lessons that you can adopt and move forward in your life.

1. Love is the only rule of life.

This is the first law of Swami Vivekananda that the one who loves is alive and the one who is selfish dies, that's why love for love only because it is the law of life just as you breathe to be alive.

2. Life is beautiful: First, believe in this world.

Vivekananda believes that believe that whatever is here has some meaning hidden behind it, everything in the world is good and is beautiful even if you see something bad, then it means that you understand it in its full form  did not get it and to understand it, you have to throw off whatever burden you have and only then you will see the reality.

3.  How do you feel about.

If you feel like Christ, you will become like Christ, if you feel like Buddha, you will become like Buddha, thought is life, it is a power and without it no intellectual activity can reach God.

4. Free yourself.

The moment I realize that God is inside every human body, the same moment I stand in front of any human being, I find God in him because I see God in everyone.

5. Do not play a game of condemnation and blame.

Do not make allegations and counter allegations on any person, if you can raise your hand to help someone, then do so and let them walk on their own way so that you cannot lift a finger on anyone and do not lift a finger on you  Could.

6. Help others.

If wealth helps a man to do good for others, then only money has some value but if this wealth of yours cannot help any one human being, then it is only and only a root of evil and as soon as possible  It is better to get rid of it.

7. Listen to your soul.

You have to grow inside Out. None can teach you, None can make you spiritual. There is no other "teacher" but your own soul.

8. Nothing is impossible.

Never think that anything is impossible for the soul. It is the biggest hypocrisy to think that if this is the greatest sin in this world, you are the only sin that you say that you are weak or other people are weak because no one in the whole world  You are not weak and you are also not weak.

9. You have power and you are powerful.

All the powers in the universe are already ours and we are crazy people who are sitting blindfolded and saying that it is only dark here, I have no power but if you feel all the powers are only with you.  And this whole universe is just for you.

10. Be truthful and think differently.

If true, everything can be sacrificed but truth cannot be sacrificed for everything. All the differences in the world are due to looking at them from a different perspective, that is to say that we have to  Everything looks different due to the response, if you look different then every person of the world gives you different and because of this you people have differences, but the truth is that everything is contained in one thing. Our perspective is different.

The Brazen Bull- The Worst Punishment in the History😳

History is replete with brutally imaginative torture and execution techniques. The list of cruelties includes crucifixion, where victims were left to die on the cross; the rack, where torturers would place the victim on a wooden frame to be slowly pulled apart; and hanging, drawing, and quartering—the official English punishment for top treason from 1351 to 1870—where men would be drawn by horse to their place of execution, hung until near-death, and then emasculated and disemboweled before being decapitated and cut into quarters. The most intricately sadistic sort of torture, however, originated with the Greek tyrant Phalaris.

Phalaris, the despot of Acragas (now Agrigento, in Sicily), was infamous for his callousness and reputedly “devoured” suckling infants. The video above describes how Phalaris, keeping to his character, asked the craftsman Perilaus to construct a bronze bull for the execution of criminals. The bull housed a hollow chamber where victims were deposited through a trapdoor. A fire was kindled beneath the bull, turning the statue into an oven.

As Phalaris supposedly admitted himself, the foremost savage aspect of this brazen monstrosity was its musical nature:
A countryman of my very own , one Perilaus, an admirable artist, but a person of evil disposition, had thus far mistaken my character on think that he could win my regard by the invention of a replacement sort of torture; the love of torture, he thought, was my ruling passion. He opened the rear of the animal, and continued: “When you are minded to punish anybody , shut him up during this receptacle, apply these pipes to the nostrils of the bull, and order a fireplace to be kindled beneath. The occupant will shriek and roar in unremitting agony; and his cries will come to you thru the pipes because the tenderest, most pathetic, most melodious of bellowings. Your victim are going to be punished, and you'll enjoy the music.”

It is doubtful that the tyrant so known for his barbarism would cringe at this novelty; nevertheless, Phalaris claims to possess been sickened by Perilaus’ cleverness:
‘His words revolted me. I loathed the thought of such ingenious cruelty, and resolved to punish the artificer in a similar way . “If this is often anything quite an empty boast, Perilaus,” I said to him, “if your art can really produce this effect, get inside yourself, and pretend to roar; and we will see whether the pipes will make such music as you describe.”

He consented; and when he was inside I closed the aperture, and ordered a fireplace to be kindled. “Receive,” I cried, “the due reward of your wondrous art: let the music-master be the primary to play.”
Upon hearing Perilaus’ shrieks, the content tyrant removed the craftsman from bull, then threw him off of a cliff. “Mistaken my character,” indeed.
